Job Description:	Our client, a multinational private bank, is seeking to hire two dynamic & professional assistants to work within the London office. This could be an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person who is already well skilled in the world of private banking. JUNIOR PRIVATE BANKER THE ROLE: - Administrative and customer support of account executives - Implementation and monitoring of customer orders (eg stock market orders, deposits, fees, due dates) - Pre-and post-processing of customer visits and trips - Permanent structural update of customer data - Telephone contact with customers and agents - Preparation of sales documentation and execution of general correspondence in English & French. - Personal care of customers in the absence of relationship managers (ie execution of daily operations and settlement of payments, exchange orders, products, investigations) REQUIREMENTS: - University degree or equivalent qualification in finance - Minimum two years of banking experience and profound expertise in the particular bank settlement and process area - Some experience within a private bank/family office is a MUST - FLUENT ENGLISH (additional languages beneficial) - Good computer skills
