Job Description:	The role involves responding to request for RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, quarterly updates and filling in relevant external databases. It is focussed on the retail/discretionary end of the intermediary market. Job requiremnts: Completing RFP's including RFIs, due diligence questionnaires and relevant external databases. Must be able to do this with minimum supervision and be a self starter. Ensure Investments related information is up to date in all submitted RFPs. Liaise with Sales Team in order to understand business, complete and respond to RFP's. Main relationship with company RFP function. Build out a new RFP database, which will contain all relevant static responses for each affiliate and their individual products. proactively review and maintain the standard answers for RFP responses on a quarterly basis and update where necessary. Data requests Respond to data requests from the sales and marketing teams and provide assistance where required. Assist tobuild a professional external profile for the company with key competitors and key clients. Ensure a high level of understanding of the asset class is maintained and ensure opportunities are explored to maintain subject matter expertise across a range of asset classes.
