 Our client, a high profile Banking Group, is in the process of establishing a new range of Guernsey & Jersey regulated international QROPS & QNUPS pension products. They are looking for an experienced individual to take responsibility for the design of these schemes and the management of this division. The role will involve close liaison with key stakeholders (internal division heads, Guernsey and Jersey regulators and pension product customers), providing them with specialist information, guidance and advice. They will also contribute to the design of new processes and systems and the recruitment, leadership and development of team members. Candidates will need to demonstrate recent experience designing and managing pension products within Trust based schemes, with the ability to administer pension schemes for multiple members. In depth awareness of the legislation governing the transfer of pensions with the UK and Channel Islands is also pre-requisite. Candidates should also possess advanced communication skills and ideally hold an appropriate professional qualification.
