 This a broad role sitting withing the documentation team (outside legal) but working with a well established and highly experienced team, made up of a mix of lawyers and paralegals. There is a clear focus on funds clients, and experience in this area is desireable. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced negotiator wishing to develop their career in a top-class institution. Alternatively this position could also suit an experienced derivatives lawyer looking for something different, including more predictable working hours. Candidates will ideally have at least 2/3 years minimum experience negotiating master agreements from within other investment banks, asset managers or corporates or have significant derivatives experience in a private practice position.
