 A position has arisen within the documentation team of this leading bank within the derivatives trading documentation team for a derivatives lawyer/paralegal (either UK or foreign qualified). Working within this small specialist team of around 15 professionals, the primary focus of the role will be to negotiate the terms of ISDA master agreements and other trading documentation. Experience negotiating the terms of GMRA and GMSLA is also advantageous, although not essential. Candidates must have at least 2 years' experience working with ISDA Master Documentation.
