 My client is a leading international firm providing fiduciary, wealth management and legal services to HNW private and corporate clients. They are now looking to recruit a Lawyer to further develop their Malta office. The successful candidate will be tasked with building the commercial and corporate practice in both Malta and across Europe and will be responsible for structuring and setting up companies, advising on Maltese company law, drafting contracts and advising on international corporate structures. Candidates will need at least 5 years PQE with in-depth knowledge of Maltese law. They should also be fluent in English and be qualified to work in the EU.
