 As well as being at the forefront of the global trust industry our client has held a prominent position at the heart of the Channel Island's financial services industry for over twenty years. They are looking to recruit an experienced Legal & Compliance Officer who will offer advice and guidance to the Trust Management Team. The role will involve reviewing new business, compliance monitoring, attending Risk meetings, regularly reviewing compliance directives, policies and procedures, undertaking and overseeing scrutiny checks, reviewing third party due diligence and the design and delivery of relevant staff training. There will be considerable interaction and collaboration with staff at all levels across the business. Therefore excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates will also need to possess at least four years trust related compliance experience along with a relevant professional qualification (for example ICA diploma, ICSA, STEP) |
