 Our client has been established since the mid 1980s and now has a presence in all the major onshore and offshore financial centres. They provide a wide range of trust and company services to assist with tax planning, asset protection and management and capital raising. In their Guernsey office they now wish to recruit an individual to work alongside their Legal Director. The role will encompass a wide range of duties relating to trust, company and pension matters, as well as general compliance related issues. Assisting the Pension and Trust and Company Department Heads the successful candidate will also handle enquiries from other Group offices and will also be responsible for providing in-house training to staff, reviewing changes to local legislation, drafting and approving documentation and assisting the Legal Director with other regulatory, HR and employment related issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or recently/part qualified lawyer to move into a diverse in-house role offering great scope for continued learning and career development. |
