 The retail arm of this large banking group is seeking to hire an experienced lawyer (either UK or common law qualified) to join a busy litigation team to cover a maternity leave for up to 12 months on a fixed-term basis. A large focus of the role will be dealing with a broad range of disputes relating to the group's retail banking business, as well as a great deal of more general commercial litigation The successful candidate will likely have significant level of experience within banking or financial services litigation and preferably with in-house experience. Management experience is also advantageous, but not essential.
